Dr. Cook wants to do his part to help each patient begin and maintain the habit of retainer wear. For this reason, Cook Orthodontics provides a retainer warranty.
What does the warranty entail? During the first 12 months after removal of braces, Dr. Cook provides free retainer replacement. For bonded retainers, Dr. Cook will repair or replace your bonded retainer up to two times during the first 12 months of retention. For removable retainers, we will provide up to two removable retainers for free.
